How BanditBeacon works

A sign on a property tells people something is available. BanditBeacon gives them the details on their phone and gives the owner a lead that remembers which sign it came from.

For people who see a sign

  1. Scan or type

Point your phone camera at the QR code, or enter the short code printed on the sign at banditbeacon.com.

  2. See the details

Price, status, location and key facts open right away. No app and no account.

  3. Get in touch

Send a message, request a showing or call. You choose how the owner replies to you.

For owners and agents

  1. Create a listing

Add the facts people ask about, and choose which buttons visitors see.

  2. Create a sign

Each sign gets its own QR code and short code. Download the QR code for your sign maker.

  3. Receive inquiries

We email you each inquiry with the sign it came from. Every lead is also in your workspace.

  4. See what works

Each sign shows its scans, code entries and inquiries, so you know which placements earn interest.

What BanditBeacon is not

It isn't a listing search site, a chat service or a phone system. Messages are sent and answered by email or phone in your own time. Calls use your phone's normal dialer.

Signs must be placed lawfully, on property where you have permission. Placement rules vary by location, and following them is the sign owner's responsibility.
